Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt subject to below conditions.


** Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons except when deemed faulty **


Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of exchanges, additional shipping charges may apply.
Refunds and exchanges can be made instore for items purchased online. Please ensure to bring your receipt for proof of purchase.

Damaged and Faulty Goods
All items at Riley & Clare are carefully checked prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that an item is received faulty or damaged please contact us immediately at rileyandclare@gmail.com.

Refunds
Items must be in their original packaging (boxes, cards or tags as applicable) and be unused/unopened.
Items must be returned/posted within 10 days, starting from the day you receive your order.

Please include a copy of your receipt /invoice and a brief note detailing the issue with the item.
Upon receipt we will evaluate the item to ensure it meets our requirements for refund and confirm to you via email.
If a refund is approved the funds will be returned to you via your original payment method within 7 days.

Riley & Clare reserves the right to refuse refunds on items when they do not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges
Items must be in their original packaging (boxes, cards or tags as applicable) and be unused.
Items must be returned/posted within 10 days, starting from the day you receive your order.
For exchanges, please contact us at rileyandclare@gmail.com prior to returning your items so that we can confirm availability of your selected replacement items immediately.
Exchanges will attract additional shipping charges, charged at our regular rate to your destination (free shipping promotions do not apply to exchanges).
